1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

  • Certain products, including personal care items, customized products, and clearance items, are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide return instructions, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will update you on the status of your request.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for approved returned items.

  • Refunds will be provided as store credit or replacement (cash refunds are not available for COD orders).

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product replacements if the requested item is in stock.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Incorrect or Undelivered Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, notify us within 24 hours for a resolution.

  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
